Jaivik SAR (Vegetable)

Jaivik SAR (Vegetable)

India grows the largest number of vegetables from temperate to humid tropics and from sea-level to snowline, &s; they are excellent source of vitamins, particularly niacin, riboflavin, Thiamin and Vitamins A and C. They also supply minerals such as calcium, iron besides proteins and carbohydrates. Vegetables are known to be the cheapest source of natural protective tools. Most of the vegetables, being short duration crops, fit very well in the intensive cropping system and are capable of giving very high yields and very high economic returns to the growers besides providing better health standards to the people.

India is the world's largest producer of vegetable next only to China from approximately 4.5 million hectares. However, this hardly occupies 2 per cent of the total cropped area of the country which is very low in view of the national need. Hence it is necessary to increase the production and productivity of vegetable to meet the demand of growing population to ensure better nutrition by adopting improved technology.

Cole vegetables:

The major Cole crops are the cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and sprouting broccoli. All these vegetables have been originated from the wild cabbage, 'Cole warts' (Brassica oleracae Var sysvestris) which occurs along the Mediterranean coasts. All the Cole vegetables require cool season for growth and production of quality product. Among these, cabbage and cauliflower are grown on commercial scale in India. The crops like Brussels sprouts and sprouting Broccoli are grown on a very small scale and their area is scattered around.

Fruit Vegetables:

Fruit vegetables are widely cultivated throughout the country. The most important Fruit vegetables are: Tomatoes, Brinjal or eggplant, chilies (Hot peppers) and Okra.

Way to Use Jaivik SAR (Vegetable)
For those which are not replanted: (Crops like leafy vegetables, coriander having harvesting period of 60 days or less.)
• For 1 acre of land mix 50ml of Jaivik SAR (Vegetable) with around 150 liters of water without mixing it with hand or any other object not even a wooden stick.
• For initial technique you can first fill the spray pump or barrel with half the quantity of water and then put the required solution in it and then again, the remaining amount of water, hence the water and solution will automatically get mixed with each other.
• Spray this solution once you start seeing 2-5 leaves on plant.
• Then continue this similar process after every 15 days by increasing water by 10-15%.
• Stop this spraying process when your harvesting period is just around on 10 days.
• One can take around 5ml of Jaivik SAR (Vegetable)for 15 liters of pump i.e. around 10 pumps per acre of land.
For those which are replanted after initial growth: (Crops having harvesting period of more than 90 days and above.)

• For 1 acre of land mix 50ml of Jaivik SAR (Vegetable) with around 200 liters of water without mixing it with hand or any other object not even a wooden stick.
